Please note that we can only accept requests for medication that is due within 7 days and it could take up to 3 working days to process your request.
If you will need your medication further in advance (for example, if you’re travelling), please provide us with the dates you’ll be away and the quantity of medications you’ll need.
How to Request a Repeat Prescription
- Use the NHS App or SystmOnline
- Request via your Pharmacy
- Email your Surgery. Please use your surgery’s prescriptions email address if it is listed on the Contact Us page
- Make a request in writing by downloading a repeat prescription form or by writing your personal details and requested medications on a blank piece of paper.
- There is a section for repeats on your prescription sheet. You can tick the required medications and place the sheet in the dedicated box in your Surgery’s reception.
