From the 2nd of April 2024, Denmark Road Medical Centre will be changing its online consultation tool from Accurx to eConsult, in-line with the other Surgeries in our network.
The process for completing an eConsult is much the same as completing an Accurx questionnaire.
Simply click on the banner on the homepage, or on this link, and answer questions about your symptoms or administrative request. A member of our team will be in touch within 2 working days.
Any Accurx questionnaires completed before the 2nd of April 2024 will be processed in the usual way. Please note that Accurx will be closed over the bank holiday weekend, so your last opportunity to send one in will be Thursday 28th of March.
If you need help over the bank holiday weekend, please call 111, or 999 in an emergency.
